Will you sell my merchandise?
PayPal/Shopping Cart Problems
I am not responsible for technical problems you may encounter with a third party server. If you are having problems completing an order through PayPal there could be several reasons. Make sure that you have cookies and JavaScript enabled on your browser. Their server could be overloaded and you need to try again later. In addition, I have my PayPal preferences set to refuse foreign orders, payments from unverified bank accounts, or shipping to an address other than the billing address. These settings are to protect me from fraud. If you encounter other problems with PayPal, please contact their technical assistance department listed on the PayPal website under the help menu.

If you wish to send in the order, please use the mail in order form on my page and the postage estimator.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail. If you wish to expedite your order I will ship it via Express Mail (overnight) for an additional $15.00. Please allow 2-3 days processing time on all orders before shipping. This is a home business, I do not always have the items ready made to ship immediately. There may be a 5-7 day delay before I send out your package after receiving payment. As stated before I am an independent Artist with a small home business. I do not have the facilities to store vast amounts of inventory.
SPECIAL REQUEST ORDERS
A Special Request Order is an item that I do not have a mold or original print of. In otherwords, you are hiring me to create something special for you that I may or may not be able to re-sell. Special Order prices are as follows: Statuary - $250.00 (under 14 inches high) ; Black & White Prints - $400.00; Color Prints - $600.00
Special orders take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to complete depending upon what you order and the current weather conditions. Weather conditions affect drying time of clay, varnish and stains. If you are paying with a Money Order I will wait until the funds clear my bank before I start on your order. This can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Items are completed in the order received.
It takes weeks to create a new statue, then make a mold for it. It can takes several weeks for me to complete a new print. Since this takes a lot of time, it is a special request, and I may or may not be able to sell copies of what you are requesting I charge accordngly. A special order statue starts at $200.00. A special order print in color is $600.00, a black and white print is $400.00. This will help you understand why it takes so long to complete a project and how artists set their pricing scale. In addition, I will not update you on the progress of your order because I do not have the time. I had to make a choice of whether I am going to spend all of my time on the computer sending progress reports, or spending my time completing special orders. If you request it I will notify you when the item has shipped.
FOREIGN ORDERS
You are required to pay any and all tariffs on incoming merchandise you order. Canadian residents must pay the $5.00 customs fee in addition to the shipping charges. There is no refund for items that are refused entry by your customs officials. In addition, I do not offer package tracking for overseas shipments. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Parcel Post.

Q: What is the difference between an Original Print and a Copy?
A: Originals are prints that have been made by placing special printing paper over a Zinc or Plastic plate with an etched image over it. I explain this process on my page titled How I create my Art. Copies are digitally scanned images of the Original prints.
RETURN POLICIES
I want you to be happy with your purchase, on the other hand I'm not here to get ripped off by dishonest customers. There's no shortage of people who wouldn't think twice about ordering a print, then taking it to Kinkos to have a cheap copy made so they can return it for a refund. Therefore, all sales are final on the following items:
Prints
Special Orders (Includes "all" altar tools & some statues)
Patterns
**Uninsured Merchandise Lost or Damaged in Transit
**I suggest you purchase insurance when placing your order. This will allow you to recover the amount of the sale you paid for that item.
All orders will require your signature for delivery confirmation and tracking purposes. You "MUST" contact me immediately if you have received merchandise damaged in transit. You must follow directions posted by the USPS to file a claim and receive a refund.
All other merchandise: You have 10 days to return "undamaged" merchandise. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please make certain that you have insured your package. If it is lost or damaged in transit I will not process a refund for you.

My background & My Art
I am an independent professional Pagan Artist. All of my artwork is hand crafted in my home studio.
I do not have a retail store, this is my own art which I create at the time you place an order.
I have a diverse background in the magickal arts, and an ordained High Priestess and an
initiate of the OTO. I am a graduate of UC Irvine School of Fine Arts and have been a professional artist
for the past 10 years. I specialize in Ceramic Sculpture, Woodworking and Printmaking.
If you do not see what you want, then please contact me about making it for you.
If I need to construct the piece, then make a new mold it could take anwyhere from 6-8 weeks depending
upon weather conditions.
All of the tools are constructed during the proper lunar cycle/planetary
hours depending upon your tradition. You will never receive anything that was mass produced.
This of course means that you'll pay a little more for what I make because you will be receiving
hand crafted quality materials.
Q: Do you offer wholesale prices to Licensed Businesses?
A: I do not offer wholesale, I offer a discount of 20% offf your purchase of 5 items or more or 30% off 24 or more items. You must supply a photocopy of your Business License or Tax ID number by email to receive the discount or a price list. You must be a Legally Licensed Business Church or Temple that is Pagan/Occult related. I will not sell the following statuary to businesses: Pan, Pan Pillars, Green Man, Goddess Scrying Bowl, Pallas Athena and Diana. Discounted Statuary will not be "detail" painted. If you want true wholesale you need to find a wholesale company that offers machine manufactured items, not artists that make handcrafted originals.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: No. This is stricly an Internet based home business.
Q: Do you purchase items from other Artists, Craft Persons, Wholesalers or Authors?
A: No. You need to find an Occult shop, or a third party art gallery. I only sell what I or my family members make
